1 hour with a PowerPoint presentation and 3 panel members. They give you time to do the test and come back to you in 30 mins by which time you should’ve finished and be able to present your answer successfully. The info for creating the presentation is presented to you verbally

Using the star method give us an example of a time where you worked to a deadline successfully
Was invited to complete an online assessment which consisted of mainly situational questions and also some personality questions on how you feel about certain things such as working in a team or individually etc.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Transport for London

Applied online, upload of CV. A few days later got an email asking me to do a situation judgement test which was straightforward. Numerical assessment was fine also. Then telephone interview which you book online. Questions fairly standard, why TfL etc. Invited to assessment centre. Scheduled for February, so we'll see
