I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2019
Interview
Apt test, Video, assessment centre
Apt test was pretty standard
Video interview was self recorded on the website, not with a real person
Assessment centre has a few stage:
Individual interview with two interviewers
Group activities (a game)
Presentation on a topic given 1 week time to prepare
The process was straightforward and professional. It began with an initial online application, followed by a competency-based video interview. Afterward, I was invited to a final assessment center which included a group technical exercise and a one-on-one interview with a senior engineer focused on my project experience and technical knowledge.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2025
Interview
The assessment centre was held online. The process consisted of three parts. A group exercise, a personal interview, and a personal exercise. In my case, the personal exercise was a presentation based on an ongoing project.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2024
Interview
Application, Online test and then Assessment Day. It was a good experience. Practice is the key. Practice on the presentation and make sure you answer what is it being asked. You will have to add your own creativity.
