I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2021
Interview
Stage 1: Situational Judgement and Personality Test (easy)
Stage 2: Mathematical Test (involves graphs - easy to medium) time for this test is short. Ensure to be accurate and quick.
Stage 3: Competency-Based One-Way Video Interview (easy) video feedback is awful.
Final Stage: Assessment Centre (application pending).

Interview
Online Application
-Online Assessments
-Video Interview
I was able to pass the online assessments which consisted of a situational online test and numerical. Next, I progressed to the video interview stage which had to be prepared in a short space of time, due to the company having an issue with the volume of applications.
I received an email telling me I had passed all the stages, but unfortunately I could not progress to the assessment centre. This was a role which had been well prepared for and considering the long delay in response of the update on the application, It is not something I would expect from a well established company. Feedback should be given back to candidates, it does not make sense to inform someone they have passed all stages but could not progress to the final stage.
The company needs to work on how they inform applicants. Informing me that I have passed all the stages and not being progressed to the final stage, is absolutely no help at all.
