You have three stages
- You have to do a test, it's fairly easy and you should get through it
- You have to wait a while before getting a chance for the second stage then it's a scenario based interview to see how you would handle a situation
- Then the final stage is a star based one to one interview.

but they already know who they want to hire. They are just following the procedure. If the image fits, you'll get it. Toxic work place. If they dislike you, they will do anything to stop you growing.

Straight Forward, however they expect applicants from outside the organisation or the industry to already know complicated industrial standards making it extremely difficult to secure a job for such a candidate as there is a big barrier to entry.
