The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Transport for London (Chigwell, England) in Sep 2015
Interview
First step was an initial online application followed by numerical assessments. A phone interview followed before a final assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted of a number sections including where I had to give a presentation I had prepared beforehand. I felt the process was fair and well managed throughout.
The process was straightforward and professional. It began with an initial online application, followed by a competency-based video interview. Afterward, I was invited to a final assessment center which included a group technical exercise and a one-on-one interview with a senior engineer focused on my project experience and technical knowledge.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2025
Interview
The assessment centre was held online. The process consisted of three parts. A group exercise, a personal interview, and a personal exercise. In my case, the personal exercise was a presentation based on an ongoing project.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2024
Interview
Application, Online test and then Assessment Day. It was a good experience. Practice is the key. Practice on the presentation and make sure you answer what is it being asked. You will have to add your own creativity.
