A few months later, I recieved a phone call informing of my successfull application and I was offered an interview where I was to give a presentation.

Interview
Good process actually and especially good feedback, where they did a phone call and told me if I was above the level, on the level or below the level. There was also a group interview make sure to speak during it.
Series of pre recorded questions and situational judgements. Also sections asking users to rank their personality such as what type of person they are, whether they prefer working alone or part of a team.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Transport for London in May 2024
Interview
They communicate well, however be prepared to do some research about your field even if your email says not to. The interview style is competency and then skilled based. The Skilled based interview was hard as some of the questions were really unexpected.
