I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TransPerfect
Interview
2 Phone Interviews (1 with technical recruiter, 1 with the team you will be on). Then 1 onsite interview which was similar to the phone interview with the team you will be with. Overall just asking about your experience and projects thats on your resume, not very technical.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Dublín, Dublín) in Dec 2016
Interview
First I was contacted by their HR department to ask a few personal questions and about my expectations.
After that short interview, I had 3 more phone interviews with all of the managers of the area.
And lastly a 1:1 interview with one of the managers who flew to Dublin to interview me.
I got the job offer but the interview process was so long that my current employer got time to make me a much better offer that they couldn´t top. That and the reputation of the company (they have some legal issues between the owners) made me refuse the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked all sorts of things across the 5 interviews. They asked me mostly questions about how would I manage some kinds of projects and how would I solve the issues. The questions were easy if you've a bit of experience in the localization business
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TransPerfect in May 2015
Interview
Two Phone interviews followed by 2 one to one interviews with the team you are going to work with. In person interviews were technical in nature and related to the field in which you are going to work on. Most of the questions were on SQL and web technology, troubleshooting questions.
