Recruiter in Cali talked me through every step and we communicated through each phase. My phone interviews were brief with higher ups, interview in person was very casual, detailed, and participatory. The tests were not hard, if you are smart and capable that is. You do have to fit their profile, but there are many ways to do so. All you need to understand is they are assessing your intelligence, presentation, and interests because in sales, that's all the customer sees and all that matters for doing well. If you lack any of these, they will probably not hire you. That was my philosophy. I had a positive experience and the speed of the process was much appreciated.
