TransPerfect Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Never actually got to interview with them. I was offered a phone interview but had an emergency and sent them an email explaining what happened. Asked to reschedule for the next day. Instead of saying no or even responding to my email, they just canceled the calender invitation. That's it. No other contact after that at all. It is fine if an interview reschedule is unacceptable but it's extremely rude not to even directly say no. Unprofessional, entitled a-holes, no wonder everyone hates working here. Looks like I dodged a bullet.

They Interviewed me and got the job and gave me the welcome email for a temp to hire job. Right before my start date, they said they were eliminating the Customer service role because they don't want to provide temp to hire roles anymore. I looked online and there is no action I can take. So until they give you a start date be weary. Worst company on the Planet. Stay away from this company. They are financially unstable.
