I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TransPerfect (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Relatively easy phone interview, more informational/ to get a feel for my career goals. second step was a draft checking test, to see how detail-oriented you are and how well you'd function in the role. finally, they invited me in for an in-person interview, in which i met with someone from hr as well as two of my would-be supervisors. that was just a week ago, waiting to hear back. I've heard there tend to be multiple rounds of in-person interviews, so we'll see.

Question 1
Why Transperfect? What do you know about OneLink? (specific division I applied for)
very long, 5+interviews, and then they don't get back to you soon enough. HR tells you what you want to hear then they don't follow through on the benefits mentioned.
I interviewed at TransPerfect (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Very lenghty process with several follow ups with no response. Turnover is I understand very high. Could be a good stepping stone as a junior but that is all. Team seem alright.
I did lots of interviews, got great feedback on each one. After the final one I was ghosted for weeks without a response. I reached out and they eventually replied and lowballed me with an insulting offer, much lower than normal for the role. I will never apply to work for them again. I think they were holding out to get someone cheaper.
