I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Austin, TX) in Mar 2020
Interview
After applying to TransPerfect on LinkedIn, I was messaged by a recruiter the following day. We scheduled a preliminary phone interview, which was followed by a basic word test called the "final eye test". After he reviewed the edited word document that I sent him, he scheduled me in for an in person interview in their Austin branch. I was interviewed by the president of the Austin branch, and two project managers that worked at the site. The interview itself was quite relaxed. They asked about previous experience, why I chose this field to specilise in, and how I would react to certain scenarios. Before the end of the week, I was contacted again by the recruiter, asking would I be available for one last phone interview. This interview was very informal, one of the project managers had an additional question in regards to the position, and I was asked about my visa status in the US. I was asked to send some

Question 1
If you did not have access to a computer or smartphone, how would you track projects?
A phone screening with HR and a test after. A test consisted of copy editing and formatting which is not exactly the main project coordinator activities so it seemed odd that they are treated as a prerequisite for getting a job.
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.
5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
