I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2017
Interview
After my application online, a HR manager called me and asked general questions about my experience and the jobs I am applying for. She was very friendly and the screening phone interview was more like a normal chat, last about 30 minutes. Then I received a test where I had to compare two different documents, in 2 hours maximum. I had another phone call where I was told than I reached an high results and they really wanted to arrange a face to face interview. When I arrived to the office, I could not find anyone to ask. I simply waited, observing other employee rushing around. When the receptionist came and I asked information and she was quite rude. Finally I was introduced to two managers, who looked bored, not interested and not listening to my answers. Overall, not professional at all.
A phone screening with HR and a test after. A test consisted of copy editing and formatting which is not exactly the main project coordinator activities so it seemed odd that they are treated as a prerequisite for getting a job.
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.
5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
