After submitting my resume through my campus career site, I received an email for a phone interview. My initial phone interview with a recruiter was postponed by about a week. The interview itself was not meant to trip the applicant up. This consisted mostly of general questions regarding my experience and resume.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TransPerfect in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online, then got an email the next day from the HR department. I had a phone interview with HR, and then I had a Skype interview with members of the Production department. You also have to take an attention to detail test to see if you can catch errors in translated documents (no foreign language skills necessary)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect (New York, NY) in Sep 2012
Interview
Started with a phone interview and met face to face with the interviewer a week later. Took a small ability test at home which wasn't too difficult. General understanding of grammar and attention to detail will help you out. Interviewers were particularly nice. Was called in to meet the potential manager and the team before given an offer letter.

Question 1
Nothing too out of the ordinary. List a few strengths / weaknesses. Talk about previous work experiences and where you see yourself in a few years. What do you know about the translation industry and why do you want to work for TransPerfect?
