TransPerfect Customer Service Representative interview questions

Interviewer seemed rushed and didn't spend as much time on the phone with me as I would have liked. Asked pre-written, generic questions and never got back to me - despite my thank you letter.

Applied online and was promptly responded to via email. Phone interview was conducted by HR staff and went well. He seemed nice and helpful to answer any questions. This is where the pleasantries ended. After being interviewed weeks later by the same person (not the HR staff) who did not recall our previous interview, I felt like I was being run in circles and ended the process.
