They Interviewed me and got the job and gave me the welcome email for a temp to hire job. Right before my start date, they said they were eliminating the Customer service role because they don't want to provide temp to hire roles anymore. I looked online and there is no action I can take. So until they give you a start date be weary. Worst company on the Planet. Stay away from this company. They are financially unstable.

Initial phone interview with recruiter. After that an in-person interview with four directors. A few weeks later I was asked to come back in to meet with the regional directors.

There were multiple steps and they are very particular about who they hire. Phone intro with recruiter, phone interview with potential manager, in-person interview, peer shadowing, personality test, final interview with regional VP.
