Interview
Took a little time getting back to me, however it seemed like a place I would have liked to work. Advice: know what the exact job is that you will be doing before you interview.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Trane Technologies (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2015
Interview
I got the interview through meeting a recruiter at the career fair. I had an on campus 30-minute interview with 2 people that was behavioral-based. It was nothing out of the ordinary and the interviewers were really nice. I got an email a couple of weeks later saying that I didn't get a second round interview.
