Abysmal and unprofessional HR. Initially the interview process was going great. I had two round interviews and my final interview was scheduled. The day of the interview, it was "postponed". While it was rather last minute and somewhat of inconvenience after re-arranging my day, it was understandable and HR said the interview would be rescheduled. A week passes, no reply and I kindly requested an update. I receive an automated response that the HR rep will no longer be available. Again, very understanding and reach out to the new HR rep. Needless to say a month passes and after a few courteous emails requesting an update and copying the hiring manager, crickets. I finally receive an automated email letting me know that I'm no longer considered for the position. While no one likes to be rejected, its certainly part of the interview process. What is not okay is to treat people with such upmost disrespect by leading them on, refusing to be transparent and brushing them off like nothing. I expected more from Toyota.
