Computer based test with bolts and pins, which tests your speed, accuracy and safety. Following will be physical assessments and tests, which show case your physical ability to do the tasks.

Step 1): hands-on interview (2 hours) with a short 10 minute talking interview at the end. Was told I did excellent and got job offer. Step 2): Medical exam / drug test. Passed that.
