Interview
Met the company at my campus career fair, and talked to the recruiter. The recruiter called me back after a month and scheduled an interview for a Co-op at the Toyota production facility. Had a panel interview that followed the STAR behavioral format. Interviewers were very friendly and received an offer the next day.

3 rounds total Coding assessment, background interview with recruiter and last one interview with manager. Pretty standard interview process, not too much technical. All the process made in 3 weeks.

The interview started with general background and went into more detail about interest in the automotive field. Near the end there were STAR questions. Overall the interview process was good.

Interview
It was a very comfortable setting. I was interviewed by two guys and they were both very nice. Only asked one question each then some basic questions just to get to know where you want to go and what you're looking for.
