Interview was set-up via tele-conference due to large physical distance. The general atmosphere of the interview was very relaxed and informal. Interviewers were all technical and people I would work with. Overall process lasted about 30 minutes and no significant discussion of non-technical issues. I felt the interviewers already knew my skills through my university's staff however, so maybe it might not be typical process.
