Three rounds. First round was a phone interview. Second round was five, consecutive, individual hour long interviews. The second round included many behavioral questions. Third round was a two on one interview.

with your customers.
• What efforts have you made to guarantee high quality customer service in
your area?
• What is the greatest effort you/your team have ever undertaken to please a
customer? In the end, was the result worth the effort

• Tell me about the most extensive analysis you conducted in order to ensure
that you had all of the information you needed to make sound
business recommendations for the future.
• Tell me about a time when you had to translate a difficult goal into an
action plan. What did you do and what was the outcome?
• Tell me about a time when you successfully overcame resistance to
implementing an idea for improvement.

• Describe a recent situation at work where you had to drive a change. What
did you do and what was the outcome?
• What have you done in your current/most recent job to encourage the
exchange of ideas for improvement? Give specific examples.
• What do you consider to be the most important factor when communicating

factors when faced with communicating changes.
