3 total interviews all online due to covid. Rejection email came less than 24 hours after final interview. Was asked to keep my camera on the entire time even though supervisors' were off. Entire process took 3 months.
Interview process was straightforward and required the use of the STAR format. It took about two to three weeks from the first interview with recruiting to confirmation of orientation date.

Interview
Invited for initial 15 minute interview. Iwas told I would be invited for a follow up interview with managers by the end of the next week when the manager returned from PTO. I have been ghosted and ignored ever since.
The interview process was structured and professional. The panel asked thoughtful questions, and the recruiter provided clear communication and helpful guidance throughout. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
