Toyota Motor Corporation interview questions

There are 2 interviews with recruiter and senior manager from the team. In the first interview the recruiter focuses on the behavioural part and in the second interview you get the chance to interact with the possible future team.

They initially reached out through email to ask about 5 questions regarding customer service, preferred work environment, and organization. After this, they scheduled an in-person interview that was roughly 30 mins. Questions like tell me about yourself, why you want to work there, what do you look for in a boss, and car knowledge.
