They were both applying English test and personality inventory test at the beginning. Then they're inviting the candidates who are successful on test to the interview with HR personnel and departmant manager respectively.

Group discussion had a problem solving activity where a company problem was given and the group had to come up with a solution.

Very organized and to the point. Managers knew exactly what they were looking for.
HR was very friendly.
Plant tour was organized during the interview.
Personal interests were also asked.
