Position for Toyota Asia Pacific pricing analyst role through Linkedin agent, interview process was average and pretty standard questions. no offer but pleasant experience. Nice office in Central Business District

Applied through a recruiting agency. One of the interviewers seem very bored and ask tough questions . Based of the agent explanation, he was trying to role play a difficult customer and see how candidate would react. The agent and HR kept emphasizing the importance of punctuality but the interviewers were late. I have no issues with them being late. Overemphasis and not being able to practice what is being preached just made it looks like there is double standard. You still see people going in and out (not knocking off) of the office past 6pm. It speaks about the culture.
