I recently interviewed for a Parts Buyer position at Toyota Motor Europe and had a disappointing experience. The interviewer was critical and impatient, often repeating questions in different ways without clarifying them, which added to the confusion. Despite my efforts to provide clear and concise answers, including examples of my relevant experience and skills, the interviewer seemed not to understand and questioned my abilities repeatedly. Additionally, the lack of constructive feedback and the abrupt manner left me feeling undervalued. I recommend that Toyota provides better training for interviewers to foster a more respectful and constructive interview process.
