Interview
Had two interviews and they are conducted by different managers in need of resources. Both managers were extremely different. One was seemed really strict and the other really laid-back .

Question 1
Manager that hired me didn't even ask questions. It was a "just to see if you were alive" type interview and I got the job. First interview with another manager was complete opposite. Pretty standard interview questions.
Started with a phone interview with someone from HR, who may have been a contracted. Then interviewed with the hiring manager. The last interview was with the hiring manager and two other managers.

Interview
I had put my resume up on several hiring sites. I was contacted by an outside contracting recruiter. I wasn't even sure that the recruiter was legitimate because he did not seem very professional. Before I contacted him back I researched his business and it didn't seem totally legitimate so I was cautious as I went through the interview process. I only had telephone interviews and was hired as an analyst on contract.
