First was the application letter, then and interview by phone and lastly an on-site interview. The cost for the on-site interview is paid by the company. The questions were mainly related to the job itself. I've got also some questions like "describe which has been a big problem you had in the past and tell us how did you solve it"

Interview
First interview: Start by introducing yourself in Japanese and then ask about professional knowledge. Afterwards, I asked if Guangzhou is too far from your home (because I come from Shanxi Province in northern China), and also asked why so many state-owned enterprises in Shanxi have not tried? After the first interview, there will be a technical test, an interview with the technical director, and an interview with the department leader.
