Stage 1 was a recruiter screening followed by a record to video interview. The video process was good in that there were only three questions and there was no time limit or restriction on how many times you could re-record your answers.
The interview itself involved giving a 10 minute presentation - I was given adequate time to prepare/research - followed by around 45 minutes of competency based questions.
The interview felt like a genuine conversation where my interviewers were interested in getting to know me as a person. It didn't feel transactional.
