It was a very well done process and very helpful. It allowed me to take feedback and then build on it and use it for other interviews. Toyota helped with each step along the way, always informing and letting me know what stage I was at and what I needed to do next.

Assessment Centre: Brief introductory talk about Toyota, 1-1 interview with senior HR, redo of the psychometric test and a group activity.
Was required to get to Derby at 8am with no reimbursement. This meant i was up ridiculously early and the public transport links between Derby and Toyota are terrible.

It was good. They asked challenging questions that needed a little bit of preparation. Nice and smooth interview no complaints. The interview process went on for about 6 weeks post that I did not accept the offer because I got placed elsewhere.
