This job was for Toyota pre-expats training, interviewed by Toyota while I was in Toyota in 2007. Candidate must meet following requirement; -TOEIC over 700 points and basic English skill (writing, listening, speaking) -Interest to work abroad -Over 3 years experience in Toyota I was recommended to take this opportunity by my manager. I took TOEIC test and I was interviewed by my manager. The interview was to explain why I want to work abroad (what's the benefit to the company). I checked several projects and their schedule, explained detailed plan for work.
