The overall interviewing process was quick. The HR recruiters were extremely friendly and easy going. The recruiters at the conference notified the applicants that all questions were to be answered using the CAR method.

Describe in three words the impact you could bring to the company?
The interview was a straightforward 15-minute interview that took place a day after a career fair. The first part consisted of the recruiter explaining the position and then I was asked about my resume. I was then asked two questions that had to be answered using the STAR method. The interview concluded with an opportunity for asking any questions.
