Interview
1 skype interview with two managers.
The job position is about mechanical engineering , braking system.
Motivational questions, but also odd questions like which part of the braking system contribute the most to CO2 gaz emissions, what are the types of steering systems (completely irrelevant to the job position).
I heard also from internal sources , that in TME many managers are turkish (one of the interviewers) and they treat people not on the same manner.
The inteviewers look tired and are not listening to what I was explaining.
Disappointing experience as a whole.

1/2 préparation avec exercice et présentation des 3 exercices metiers demandés. Ensuite discussion de fit avec panel rh + opérationnels en début d'après-midi. Retour rapide sous 1 semaine fait par l'entreprise.
3 stages. First interview was an initial talk with hr. Second was technical interview with managers. Third was presentation of technical topic to head of the department and to senior managers.

The first interview was with seniors of the department I applied for. The second was the final one and I had to discuss technical issues for a specific problem and then present it.
