The following are the stages (in order) of the hiring process:
-Interview with HR by phone
-Technical knowledge online test
-Online psychometric test
-Interview with engineers or area managers
-Drug test
After successfully passing all these, HR makes you the offer.

Interview
After application there was an online technical and mechanical reasoning assessment. Following this I was invited to an assessment day with a small group of candidates. Day split into presentation about the company, team activity and informal first interview.
