I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Toyota Motor Corporation (Samut Prakan) in Jan 2022
Interview
The process starts at your university campus. If you pass their test, they will take you to their workshop and test your teamwork skills. They like someone who can solve the problem and also be friendly with your team. The goal is that you can collaborate with others; there's no need to be a leader, and someone feels uncomfortable. If you pass this, you get the final interview with the top management. In this state, you need your luck to make all of them feel like they can work with you smoothly in the future. Being too intelligent is not a good idea.
