Tell me about a time an older colleague was not collaborative and describe how your actions helped foster a more productive work environment
First, the interview was with the manager and an analyst. The interview was pretty conversational, mostly about learning about what the role entails, what they do, and about work experience.
The interview combined technical and behavioral questions, focusing on my subject matter expertise in structuring energy deals while also asking me to highlight lessons learned, skills developed, and relevant insights from my prior professional experience in the energy industry.
