      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at TotalEnergies

      Interview

Contacted me about two weeks after I submitted my application for an interview a month later. Interview lasted 30 minutes and it was kind of a waste of time since they were only looking for people who already had experience in the field. HR asked very unnecessary bloated questions, while the hiring manager was cool to talk to.

      Question 1

Q: Name three future goals you are aiming for, how you want to accomplish them, and how the company can help you reach them.

Mostly behavioral questions like describe a time when you had to come up with a creative solution to a problem. The interview finished with one technical question to assess communications skills.
