Interview
Total recruitment process consists of 4 interviews. for me, the whole process lasted 4 months, between the moment I gave my CV to the recruiter at a career fair and the last interviwe with Operations Director. For the first interview, I had to pass a personnality test and then an interview with an external recruitment agency. The second interview was with a HR manager at the headquarters, the third with a career manager and the last was with the Director of Operations (my n+2). I find it strange that I didn't meet with more operationals, especially my n+1
Excellent interview process - very friendly. Seemed like a nice workplace. It was the right blend of formal to understand the role and informal to get to know me as a person.

Interviewer was not sure about for which role he is taking the interview. late login after the scheduled time. lack of communication between the team. HR needs to set the expectations on both sides before scheduling the same.
