The process was comprehensive with several interview steps. They also clearly communicated on the next stage after each interview. I had a good experience to the very last stage of the interviews.
It was very long and vigorous. Made an application in July and final interview was in December . The application process was:

2. Aptitude test
3. Assessment center ( Full day affair)
4. 1st Physical interview
