Toptal Technical Writer interview questions

The interview, over Skype, was brief because I didn't fit the company's categories of web developers or web designers. However, the interviewer was polite and helpful with information about applying when I inquired for a developer I know. I was impressed by how the interviewer took the time with my questions even if I didn't match the company's skill needs.
