Interview
The initial application required a resume, portfolio, and short answers to a handful of questions. After applying, I was immediately contacted by a recruiter for an initial interview, which was followed by a skills review, interview with the senior writer, and an interview with the lead editor. The entire process was very quick with great communication from the recruiter.

Interview
Interview was online. Interviewer with "poker face" like a robot told me all the info what was previously recorded into him. Then he complained about sound quality. I talk every day with my colleages no issus on my sound. Also he talked too quickly so it made some difficulties in speech recognition.
Interview lasted 6 minutes, previously it was announced that it would last 10.
My guess that, on the interview they are trying to show all your weaknesses, to decrease your rate, no attpemts to figure out overall experiensce and skill set.
Worst interview ever, in overall looks like they want to hire as cheap as they can, and sell as expensive as they can.
It looks like that toptal have prejudice to candidates from Russia. Thank you and goodbye, toptal.
