I applied in-person. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger
Interview
The interview was pretty scary. My local Tommy store did a group interview splitting us in two and each manager spoke to us like every standard interview question. Then the managers would leave and discuss and take away application to people they did not want.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Had an introductory phone call with one of the sales managers and after 4 days I was invited in for an in-person interview. They asked pretty straight forward interview questions and after a couple days, I was contacted that I got the job.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (New York, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
I went for an in-person interview with two employees in the digital department. Our conversation went extremely well, and the job sounded incredible. I was thrilled when HR reached out to offer me the job later that week.
The day after I accepted the job, I got a call letting me know that they were rescinding the offer. Apparently, they decided to offer the role to an employee in a different department who was interested in transferring to digital. That’s all well and good, but why make an offer in the first place if they were just planning to give the job to someone else?
I kindly explained to the HR rep that I had already given notice to my current job, and asked that they please reconsider. They didn’t seem to care about the terrible position they put me in, and quickly got off the phone and never responded to one of my emails again.
This was a company that I had always admired and would have loved to work for, but the way they handled themselves was appalling and incredibly unprofessional.
