Walked in and spoke to manager about work. Was told to give in CV then interview was conducted a week later. I was referred by a current employee when i wanted to find another sales job. Experience is the key to getting a interview especially for Tommy Hilfiger as well as showing a lot of interest
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
