Lively and friendly imterview. There was panel of five-six people. All of them had a sense of style in clothing and the same was expected from me. Personality and Commucation skills were there top priority

Would you be able to work till 10 p.m. as the store closes at that time? (As some families do not allow a woman to work that late)
the interview process was essentially what you would expect. they asked for 3 references but never called any of them. It was a 30 minute chat, we stood in the entrance of the store, I was not offered a seat.

Interview
It was fast. Questionnaire were basic and on point to what were the goals of the company were. The hiring manager made me sign papers to send to corporate and started working the next day as training.
