Interview
I met with a recruiter at our campus career fair and gave them my resume. A few months later, someone called asking if I was still interested. He asked if I was able to relocate sometime in the future and that was pretty much it. They told me they'd be happy to have me and I accepted.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
