A Talent Partner reached out to me via LinkedIn and we had the first interview which was very lovely. This job would require me to relocate and I was seriously considering the options. I then got through the 2nd interview with someone within the creative team and that also went well though I wished they asked me more about my skills and my goals. For a 2nd interview it felt more like an Q&A session rather than a conversation. I got positive feedback and was asked to do an digital assignment before the final in-person assessment. I did the digital assignment and again received positive feedback and was invited for the final stage. This was all happening over a few months and during that time my personal situation had changed a little bit and I had some concerns and questions about relocating which I wanted to address at the next/final stage. So when I replied back asking to move the final interview to 1 week later due to timings I got completely ghosted. Sent follow ups and never got a reply back. I felt like my time was wasted. After spending some hours on the assignment.
