I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Barcelona) in Apr 2017
Interview
I had a skype interview with one of their staff in late April 2017. I only completed the initial interview. The interviewer asked me why I had applied to ThoughtWorks . After I answered that question she informed me that they have just one project on at the moment and it was to convert C# to Scala. I was surprised as Scala was not on the skill sets mentioned. I was also informed that they want people who want to be available to change their skill sets continuously. I said I had to have a think about it - as I know very little about scala. That's where the call ended. The interviewer seemed a bit defensive - perhaps she had gotten negative feedback from others.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2017
Interview
I was called for an hour then asked to do a technical test for competency, everything went well until the results for the technical test. I received some valid criticism which is great but then received some very unhelpful criticism with no explanation on what I did wrong just what they didn't like, the technical test was badly explained and I was failed on criteria not mentioned in the brief.
