I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Oct 2015
Interview
The process is long and company takes a lot of rounds. This is not like a tradition interview. All rounds focus on different aspect. First I was given a question to solve in 3 days at home. After this I got a mail for interview. On the interview day, first was a written round where I has 12 minutes to solve as many aptitude questions as I can. Next was code pairing round where my code was analysed and enhanced. Then there was one more written and followed by a tech interview. That was all for that day. The next interview day I has another interview and then a social and economic round followed by a managerial round.
The interview are of good level, if have it in you only then you can clear all rounds.
Overall it was a good experience. Everyone is friendly. Also remember to keep calm.
