Thoughtworks Software Application Developer interview questions

The process is long and company takes a lot of rounds. This is not like a tradition interview. All rounds focus on different aspect. First I was given a question to solve in 3 days at home. After this I got a mail for interview. On the interview day, first was a written round where I has 12 minutes to solve as many aptitude questions as I can. Next was code pairing round where my code was analysed and enhanced. Then there was one more written and followed by a tech interview. That was all for that day. The next interview day I has another interview and then a social and economic round followed by a managerial round. The interview are of good level, if have it in you only then you can clear all rounds. Overall it was a good experience. Everyone is friendly. Also remember to keep calm.

Interview process was not organized. If we had some problem during online exam (by the way it was not online) they were like what are we supposed to do.
