The interview process is very good and quiet unique compared to interview processes I have gone through. The recruiters are very professional and they tell you in detail what you can expect in each rounds, they are share the blogs written by Thoughtworkers on particular topics related to your profile.
The process took almost 1 month and 10 days from the first contact to getting the offer letter. So guys you need to have a lot of patience.
The interview has 4 rounds:
1. Recruiter Screening - some ready made questions were asked, if you give satisfactory answers, Good communication and your relevance to the profile should be enough to pas you through.
2. Technical Screening - It is conducted as per your schedule, Interviewer will be Senior Consultant(will depend on which position you apply for) You can literally give your preference for the interview. Interview is quiet robust, all aspects of the JD is covered not in detail, but questions will not come easy.
3. Office Interview 1 - Named as office interview but conducted online, This will be more detailed and stretched interview technical interview by a Lead Consultant. You will pass the interview if you have actually worked on that particular thing, bluff may not work unless you are expert at it.
4. Office Interview 2 - this is not a technical round, some principal consultant will take this interview but they are more interested how well you fit in their diverse culture (DEI). So you should be genuine and confident with your answers.
