Interview
Three rounds of interviews.
The first round is a phone interview, which mainly assesses project experience and also asks some technical-related questions.
Before the second round, a template project will be provided. On the interview day, you will be required to implement the code based on the specific business. This mainly examines coding habits and coding ability.
The third round is the cultural interview, which mainly assesses whether communication skills and values match those of the company.
The interview consists of two rounds and takes about a month. It mainly asks about the understanding of the business and the ability to cooperate with others, and also includes some assessment of personal technical abilities
I was referred into Thoughtworks Bengaluru. After a basic HR screen, a PM grilled me on BA-style scenarios. After that, I prepped a two-day case study to roleplay a consultant.
